How to Get Started
- This feature requires setup by the Incentivio team and an app update for mobile apps.
- Reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Technical Support at support@incentivio.com to enable it.
What to Keep in Mind
- The default order method applies at the brand level (not per location—yet!).
- Guests using location-specific ordering links won’t see this change; it only applies to general ordering pages.
- The update reflects instantly on the web and will update on mobile after an app update.
