What’s Changing?

  • Reduce ordering mistakes – Guests see the right option first, minimizing errors.
  • Tailor the experience to your business – Set Pickup or Delivery as the default based on guest behavior.
  • Works across web & mobile – Once enabled, guests will see the correct option by default.

How to Get Started

  • This feature requires setup by the Incentivio team and an app update for mobile apps.
  • Reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Technical Support at support@incentivio.com to enable it.

What to Keep in Mind

  • The default order method applies at the brand level (not per location—yet!).
  • Guests using location-specific ordering links won’t see this change; it only applies to general ordering pages.
  • The update reflects instantly on the web and will update on mobile after an app update.
